At Bonnie Boxes Ltd. we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers as best as we can.
We aim to provide a wholesome gift box service to our customers by making sure our gifts are safely and securely packaged, tracked when asked, and someone on stand-by whenever you have concerns.
We may be a small family company but you can contact us 24-7 via our contact page and any of our social media accounts where we'll aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Our gifts are locally sourced in Scotland; and are tried, tested, and reviewed by us before they make it into the box. This means you can be reassured that the gifts you receive are in good condition and will spark joy to those who receive them.

In order to process and send you our wonderful gifts from Bonnie Boxes Ltd. we need to collect personal information with your permission.
This means we will store your information in accordance with The Data Protection Act 2018 (c. 12).
Your personal information will only be used to complete your orders/subscriptions tailored best to you and your account, and to complete our annual accounts, tax data, and company statistics.
The information will be securely stored on our website platform (Wix.com), via our payment processor (Stripe.com), and in locked spreadsheet format via Google/Microsoft. We will never share this information with third-party's unless it is subject to criminal investigation or fraud.
You will always be asked for this information beforehand and notified whenever it is used or changed such as change in address, payment details, and successful payment etc.

Are you interested in getting your Scottish product featured in one of our boxes?
We only include Scottish gifts that we have tried, tested, and think our customers will enjoy.
These products will need to be made in Scotland or by Scottish people, and preferably represent Scotland in some way or have a Scottish story to tell through the product.
