SHIPPING POLICY
Bonnie Boxes Ltd. currently ships internationally and worldwide.
Depending on shipping selected and location this can take anywhere between 3 - 7 days or 4 weeks.
Unless stated in checkout, shipping will not be tracked and therefore if your shipment becomes lost or damaged it will need to be taken up with the shipping provider for your location. We will help you with this when and where possible.
Packages can sometimes be delayed due to postal strikes, if your order is taking longer than stated please check that there are no postal strikes on the shipping route to your location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Bonnie Boxes Ltd. will except returns on items stated as returnable within 14 days of being received. Unfortunately cannot cover the costs of returns as they vary depending on location.

We will exchange any product/box that is damaged due to OUR fault but cannot except responsibility for damaged or lost goods that were out of our control (examples include; accidental dropping after opening, items being used out-with the item designed use, postal provider negligence, an act of God such as floods, tornados etc.).

REFUND POLICY
Purchases can be cancelled and refunded up to 14 days after purchase.
Bonnie Boxes Ltd cannot offer refunds past the 14 day mark (except in exceptional circumstances)
