1. Scottish Whisky
If there is one thing Scotland is known for? It's whisky!
There's an old Scottish proverb that goes;
'Today's water is tomorrows whisky!'
So here are our favourite Scottish Whiskies we recommend searching for...
A Smooth and Rich golden Whisky with a Citrus, Spice, and Oak taste.

A Sweet vanilla smelling whisky with a creamy toffee fruit and spice taste, and a smoked finish. The whisky originated in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire but now calls Edinburgh it's home.

Whisky Old Fashioned (drink recipe)
Ingredients:
- Your favourite Whisky
- Sugar
- Bitters
Serve on ice/whisky rocks.
Whisky Mac (drink recipe)
- Your favourite Whisky
- Gingered wine
Serve in a cool glass (with or without ice).
2. Drambuie
Made of Whisky, honey, and herbs. This beautiful Scottish invention was originally created for Bonnie Prince Charlie back in the 18th century.
Served best on Ice but also as;
A Rusty Nail (drink recipe)
Ingredients:
- Scotch Whisky
- Drambuie
- Lots of ice
Serve in an old fashioned glass.
Drumbuie Espresso Martini (drink recipe)
Ingredients:
- Drambuie
- Monkey Shoulder
- Espresso/Cold Brew Coffee
- Vanilla Syrup
Shake in a mixer with ice and serve in a cold martini glass with coffee beans to garnish.
Drambuie Collins (drink recipe)
Ingredients:
- Drambuie
- 1/2 lemon
- Soda/Sparkling water
- Fresh mint (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Squeeze the lemon juice into a tall glass with ice, mix in the soda and drambuie together and serve with a fresh mint garnish.
3. Ales and Lagers
Scotland loves it's beer, every pub (bar) in Scotland will have at least two main choices for beer usually Cask Ale and Lager. Below are some of Scotland's popular Beers.
This Scottish craft beer has taken Britain by storm. While all their beers seem to please, Punk IPA seems to be the most popular in Scotland with it's Hoppy Caramel and tropical fruit taste.
