Am I still getting my monthly box if I prepaid before Covid-19 happened?

YES

While we can't offer any NEW monthly subscription options, we are honouring all pre-paid subscription orders that were purchased before May 2020.

Please note we are hoping to restart subscription options by the end of 2021.

Are you eco friendly?

Accepted Answer

Our boxes are 100% recyclable and/or compostable and where possible we use either already recycled packaging or recyclable meterials.

Gifts included in the box are subject to change, but we aim to use eco friendlier gifts where & when possible.

Are all your Gifts from Scotland?

Yes

Bonnie Boxes Ltd. only uses Scottish made products either made in Scotland or by Scottish people, in aim to provide the best representation of Scotland while also helping the Scottish economy.

Question 4

Can I get a monthly subscription?

Accepted Answer

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are unable to offer our boxes as a monthly subscription at this time so we have temporarily suspended all new subscriptions. We are hoping to re-start subscription options by the end of 2021.

In the meantime, our store holds all our current boxes and gifts that you can purchase as a one off gift.

Can I get a refund?

If it has been less than 14 days since you placed your order with us then you may be eligible for a refund.

If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase then we are unable to offer you a refund.
